Fire & Water - Cleanup & Restoration

Showers do not always drain where they are supposed to.

We all love the look of a tile shower.  It makes the master suite look complete.  However, those tiles have a tendency to separate over time, and with separation comes leaks. In this case the water was running between the back of the tiles and the drywall.  On the other side of the shower wall was the master closet.  You can see in the before picture the water started coming through the drywall on the closet side, this is when the homeowner noticed the leak.  In the after picture the wet drywall has been removed and air movers have been put in place to dry out the area.
