Commercial Water Damage in Schertz

These photos show the before and after pictures of a hallway in an office in Schertz. This office sustained water damage due to a neighboring business' toilet. The water came through the walls and damaged both offices. The hallway had laminate flooring that was removed due to water that was trapped underneath it. 

In situations where there has been a water damage, the best thing to do is act timely on the remediation to prevent further, more expensive damage down the road. It's cheaper to pay for water damage remediation than mold remediation.
